We offer secure, insured shipping to destinations worldwide. Every Polar Arc shipment is handled with the same precision as the movements within our watches.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order departs our facility.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as customs clearance or local courier delays may occur.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding a specific value threshold as indicated on our store banner.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Polar Arc has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
6. Secure Tracking
Every Polar Arc timepiece is shipped with a unique tracking number. Due to the high value of our products, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Your shipment is insured until it reaches your door. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@polararc.com within 48 hours. Please retain all packaging for inspection.
8. Address Changes
To ensure the security of your purchase, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
